With approximately 550 residents, the property was managing a high volume of parcel deliveries through staff. Receiving, storing and coordinating package pickup created significant front-desk workload, while after-hours deliveries had limited secure options.

StaticMile deployed an indoor smart parcel locker system that allows couriers to securely deposit packages and automatically notifies residents by email or SMS. Residents retrieve their parcels using a secure pickup code, allowing most deliveries to move through the property without staff involvement.
